One of the seven monasteries in Meteora, an area in Thessaly (Central Greece), built on top of huge rock towers. Apart from the obvious beauty of the image taken by photographer Philip Peynerdjiev, I can't imagine having the opportunity to capture the image let alone visit this very special monastery. One of the seven monasteries in Meteora, an area in Thessaly (Central Greece), built on top of huge rock towers. I think that monastery was seen in the James Bond movie "For Your Eyes Only".
